Best mariscos in Yuma!!! The food is so delicious and so much to pick from. Highly recommend this place.

Actually thought we were going to a different place -- and we were delighted we made the mistake. Coming from California, we thought we knew seafood AND Mexican food. We were wrong.Mariscos Mar Azul has, hands down, the best seafood we have ever experienced -- as well as Southwestern specialties that stunned us. Staff is friendly and attentive, decor is fresh and creative, but -- it's the food.Go. Eat. You WILL NOT be sorry.

Food had an ok taste, shrimp cocktails had more vegetables than shrimp. 👀, Chips & Salsa are not free, $6 a bowl. Restaurant had open tables but still made us wait for like 20 minutes. ****Food prices are high!!!**** I would say look for a different place if wanna eat sea food.

Great atmosphere with locals! Food and drinks were fantastic! We had white sangria, shrimp ceviche, shrimp taco, Gobernador Marlin and shrimp tacos, and Shrimp Aguachile. Service was excellent!

First time there and had some great fish, and good service, and it was clean.

This little spot is quite charming with it's beachy-chic interior and the waitresses in matching pinstripe blouses. I went there for tacos. The Gobernador tuna taco was excellent. It was so flavorful and cheesey. I also had a salmon taco and shrimp taco and found them very bland. I ordered all of them on corn tortillas.

I was referred to this place by some locals and it was even better than we anticipated. Food presentation and appearance was amazing. Taste and quality was superb.Pricing was considerably comfortable.

We love this place. The ceviche was really good as was our fish fillet dinner. The staff is also very positive and friendly. It is $$.

Seriously great seafood. Get the jalapeno margarita and the stuffed pepper appetizer. Friendly service with a cozy atmosphere.

Give this place a 2 star for value. I really didn't feel like price was worth the food. Staff was friendly and food did arrive quick. The rice was amazing.... But my shrimp cocktail was bland and my camarones a la diabla were difficult to enjoy because of the way they were prepared. Atmosphere was also nice... Very clean with nice ambiance, just didn't feel like a good value.

Absolutely great management! Everyone was working hard, the restaurant was clean and food delicious. Our waitress was great and always checking in on us. When we needed to pay and she was busy another worker jumped right in to help us. Great customer service! Mar Azul you are doing Yuma proud!

I don't normally review places but I had to give a shout to this place. It would seemingly be easy to find great Mexican food in Yuma, but it's actually quite tricky to find a really good one. This place is so legit, I had fish and shrimp tacos and they were the best I've had ever. Very fresh, great sauce, and nice thinly grilled tortillas makes them so good. There's also a small appetizer I forget what it's called but it's a stuffed pepper with shrimp and cheese, get one you won't regret it.Great comfortable atmosphere, very nice staff, very reasonably priced and you can fill up for 10-15 bucks easily. I will certainly be back.

Very good food, some unique menu items. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, good beer selection. Good place if you like seafood.

Different style as normal seafood.. with great favor and taste

Extremely expensive. Food wasn't very good at all. They charge for everything I'm surprised they didnt charge for the ketchup. Server was the only good thing about this place. He was attentive and very quick with everything.

Ceviche tostada was half cucumber, higher than usual prices but nice decor.

Waitress was very attentive , clam chowder in a cut loaf bowl very very tasty, nice place to take the family, the Grand Kids.

Have been coming here for years and is a must for bringing folks from out-of-town (myself included). Their menu has expanded in the last year, but their fish tacos are still the best thing on the menu (I know this is Yuma) but the fish tacos are excellent!The restaurant is great for groups too.

This is the best place to eat sea food. I know is hard to find good sea food away from the coast. Mar azul is the place to get all your cravings satisfied. They also offer really good dessert. They have all kind of tacos to include asada, but if you go to a sea good place isn't to eat beef. I love the salmon plate with all the different sauces.

Amazing place and delicious food. Definitely a worthy place to enjoy some delectable seafood I had three fish tacos and they were scrumptious. Did nachos were great to fight that Taijin gives a little hit on your mouth.

Definetly a must visit when you come to Yuma, their Gobernador tacos are delicious. They are super loaded with cheese. Staff is very polite and attentive. The only thing I didn't care for were the chips that were sprinkled with chili powder, I think it's tajin but it didn't do add much to the flavor. I wish they would just use salt or some other kind of seasoning.

I had clam chowder here, and it was very good, I highly recommend this dish. Also, the tilapia was well grilled, and I Loved that dish too.

Finally decided to try this place and ordered takeout. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but is really nice and comfortable inside. The staff went above and beyond explaining the details of menu items I was interested in and allowing me to sample a couple of things before adding them to my order. The food was ready in about 7 minutes. Considering I ordered freshly prepared seafood and it was in the middle of lunch hours on Monday, it was fast!The order was put together carefully and looked great when I got it home. They put in extra sauces, extra napkins, a plate, a menu and a coupon for my next order. 👍🏼Finally, the food... The breaded fish and grilled shrimp tacos were really good, loved the Toritos (stuffed baby yellow pepper) and the Gobernador Marlin Taco was excellent.Great food, great customer service, nice place and fair prices for good seafood. I’ll be back to try the rest of their menu.

This is a truly superb seafood restaurant, quite a long ways from the sea! the first thing I noticed upon entering on a Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. is that every table was full, and the place was spotless. You can't always say that about local Mexican spots. I ordered a jalapeno margarita and they were eager to oblige my request not to have any kind of sweetener added to it. It was big, delicious, and came out exactly as I wished. My chef buddy and I were not noshing around the city, so the only thing we ordered here was the mixed tostada. The shrimp, octopus, snail, and squid were super fresh, exquisitely seasoned, and it just may be one of the best seafood tostadas I've ever had.The menu is vast, and reasonably priced for high-quality, fresh seafood. There are also some very creative things on the menu, like fish albondigas.A real treasure in the middle of the desert!

This is my new favorite place in Yuma. The seafood was fresh and vibrant and had the perfect texture--not rubbery or smelly. Get the special tostada with chips and salsa! The tacos looked amazing, and the flautas were delicious! (Pictured)

Excellent dining. Fresh, clean and friendly.

Good will comes and goes so easy. And sometimes a "I'm sorry" does not solve the problem. Their homemade sauce bottle exploded all over my new white shirt. It looked like a bad rash. The hostess joked that I now had a tied dyed shirt. The meal was ok. Being laughed at means I am never coming back. I had the shrimp ceviche and a single fish taco. The add ins made the price almost unreasonable. 3.75 for a glass of tea and 2.50 for a slice of avocado.

I'm not impressed with my clam chowder. it tastes better if they add more cream. I ordered the one in the bowl itis small serving of soup. The sour dough is good size but the soup is is a third only if the size of the bowl. My daughter got sick after she ate the ceviche.

Oh wow, our food was SO good. The TORITOS were amazing, the best Coconut Shrimp I have ever had, and the Fish Taco was delicious! I think I will have to drive a long way just to eat here again. Thank you!
